Rentztek EDUtech 2026 Competition – Terms & Conditions

Promoter Rentztek Pty Ltd (ABN 31 062 712 529), trading as Rentztek.

Competition Period The competition runs from 9:00 am on Wednesday 3 June 2026 until 3:30 pm on Thursday 4 June 2026 at EDUtech Australia, ICC Sydney.

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to all EDUtech Australia 2026 attendees (educators, school leaders, and visitors).
  • Employees of Rentztek and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older.

How to Enter To enter, scan the QR code at the Rentztek stand (Stand 746) and complete the entry form. Entrants must provide their full name, email address, and school/organisation name, and select the correct answer from the multiple-choice options. One entry is permitted per person per day.

Prizes One (1) Esports Club Starter Pack will be awarded each day (total of two prizes). Each prize pack includes:

  • Logitech G321 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Headset
  • Logitech G413 TKL SE Mechanical Gaming Keyboard
  • Logitech G502 X Plus Wireless RGB Gaming Mouse
  • Logitech G840 XL Cloth Gaming Mouse Pad

Each prize is valued at over $650 (RRP). Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection One winner will be drawn at random each day at approximately 3:30 pm from all correct entries received that day. The draw will take place at the Rentztek stand (Stand 746). The winner will be notified in person (if present) and via email.

Prize Collection

  • The prize must be collected in person from the Rentztek stand during exhibition hours on the day of the draw.
  • If the winner is unable to collect the prize at the event, they must reply to the winning notification email within 48 hours and provide proof that the email address used to enter matches their official EDUtech 2026 registration.
  • Failure to collect the prize or respond within the required timeframe may result in the prize being forfeited and a redraw taking place.

General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By entering, participants agree to receive communications from Rentztek regarding education and esports solutions (they may unsubscribe at any time).
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this competition or from the use of the prize.

Privacy Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting this competition and may be used for future marketing communications by Rentztek. Information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
